Each year Byron Bay is home to one of Australia's best music festivals, Splendour in the Grass. How do you guys feel about the yearly transformation to your town???
Well it's alright, but driving is too hectic and riding is too dangerous, so I catch the bus around. I like people so going to town and partying is a blast and its cool seeing so many 'touros'. Its good when there's heaps of people, but the whole police and security is a bit much. Like me being your average 16 year old Byron kid it's hard enough to hang out in town without the police picking on us, when we're just sitting there and minding our own business. So in conclusion I like the people and party factor, but security and traffic is too hectic. But that's just my opinion. Local teen Taylor O'moore.
yer its alright i'm not fond of it because all the trafic its terrable its to dangerous for padestrians an all the turrists get drunk an walk around trying to fight people who are locals i dont like it its makin the town look bad.
